Refund policy
To initiate a return and receive a refund for a purchase made from our gin brand, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging, if possible, and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
5. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
